Goa Liberation Day was celebrated in G.S.Amonkar Vidya Mandir Mapusa. The flag was hoisted at the hands of Shri. Kashinath Naik Desai. The chief guest in his speech appealed to the students to make the best use of their time and to become knowledgeable. A speech was also given by teacher Manasi Bankar and a student Miss. Vidhi Chodankar. On this occasion a cultural programme that included dances, songs, PowerPoint presentation and monologue was presented by the students. The programme was compered by Miss.
